Dispute
In case of dispute or claim arising from the user or Point S and Point S Mbombela relating to the use of the website, and/or in the event of difficulty on the interpretation or execution of the conditions of use, the parties shall seek to resolve their dispute amicably.
In case of persistent disagreement, any dispute that may arise between the parties shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Michelin Competition 1 to 30 September 2024
From 1st to 30th September 2024 inclusive. The contest is open to any individual adult residing in one of the countries organizing the contest, excluding employees and managers of the points of sale, members of the Point-S network, as well as members of companies that participated in the preparation of the campaign, the printing of promotional materials, and the organization of the promotional campaign.
Any customer who has at the same time purchased two (2) or four (4) Michelin tyres of 15 inches or more in a participating Point-S retail outlet between 1st September 2024 and 30th September 2024 inclusive (eligible Michelin tyre ranges: touring, 4*4, utility, summer, winter or 4-season tyres), will be able to register online at www.luckydays.point-s.com and if they are one of the first 200 to register, they will receive a partial refund of between 200 ZAR and 2400 ZAR depending on the number of tyres purchased and their size.
Only one person can enter per household (same last name, same postal address and/or same email address) for the entire duration of the competition. All registrations must be fully valid and include bank details for the refund transfer.
The proof required to pay the award is the invoice showing the tyres purchased in the Point-S network, dated between 1st September and 30th September 2024 inclusive. The name of the beneficiary on the receipt must match the name entered on the registration form on the website.
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, as amended, (the French Data Protection Act) and General Data Protection Regulation No. (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), participants are informed that POINT-S DEVELOPMENT (RCS Lyon: 491 028 627 00025 – 9 rue Curie 69006 Lyon, France), as data controller, processes the personal data of participants in the Contest.
POINT-S DEVELOPMENT has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at [email protected].
The purpose of processing personal data is to organize the Lucky Days 2024 promotional campaign and communication regarding this campaign. This processing is based on the consent of the participant.
In accordance with LIL and the GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer between controllers any data relating to them, as well as a right to request limited processing, the withdrawal of consent, and the right to object to processing. Each participant also has the right to define directives on the processing of their personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting POINT-S DEVELOPMENT, at the address indicated above or by email at the address provided.
